Introduction of Ilsan Youth Orchestra

 일산 유스오케스트라는 2001년 경기도 고양시 일산지역에 창단되어 현재 국내에서 가장 활발하게 활동하는 청소년오케스트라로, 32회가 넘는 정기연주회 및 100여회에 이르는 기획 공연 및 초청연주를 소화해 왔습니다. 특히 호주 시드니오페라하우스, 중국 심양, 일본 지바 현 등 해외연주를 통해 해외무대에서 그 실력을 인정받은 바 있으며, 특히 청소년 단원들에 게 고양시 병원,복지시설,터미널 등, 다양한 찾아가는 음악회를 통해 예술로 전하는 봉사와 나눔, 시민정신을 가르치는 한편, 지역주민들 및 일반인들에게 클래식음악을 쉽게 접하고 가 까이 향유할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있습니다. 젊고 카리스마 있는 지휘자 라현수가 이끄 는 일산유스오케스트라는 4명의 실력있는 강사진들의 지도로 재능이 있는 청소년 음악도를 발굴,육성하는 영재아카데미 프로그램을 통해 국내외 예중,예고,음악대학 입시 뿐 아니라 유 수의 콩쿠르에서 우수한 성과를 올리는 동시에 매년 여름과 겨울 캠프, 유명교수진 및 세계 적 연주자의 마스터클래스 프로그램 운영을 통해 클래식음악계의 주목을 받고 있습니다. 
  
Ilsan Youth Orchestra was established in 2001 at Goyang-si, Ilsan area, and currently is  the most active youth orchestra in Korea, having hosted over 32 regular concerts and nearly 100 special concerts. They have been approved of there capacity in international stages through foreign invitation stages in Sydney Opera House(Australia), ShanYang(China), Chiba-ken(Japan), and while conveying love and citizenship through art, they are also providing the only chance for local people and commoners to enjoy classical music by having concert series in various places. Ilsan Youth Orchestra is led by a young and charismatic conductor, Hyunsoo Ra, and with the guidance of 4 competent faculty members they are unearthing talented teens, showing outstanding results in numerous competitions, arts school and conservatory entrance auditions through Prodigy Academy Programs. Ilsan Youth Orchestra is also receiving the attention of the Korean musical world by opening Summer and Winter festivals and Master Class Programs every year.
